What we collect
When you join the RUUTE AI waitlist we collect your company name, representative name, work email, and a short description of what you'd use RUUTE AI for. We don't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that profile visitors.
Why we collect it
We use this information to evaluate which firms are a good fit for early access, to prioritise onboarding, and to email you once a seat is available. We do not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Email addresses are stored by Clerk (US-hosted, SOC 2 Type II compliant) for waitlist management. The remaining fields are sent to our own inbox via Resend so we can review and triage leads manually. Both providers encrypt data in transit and at rest.
Your rights
You can request deletion, correction, or export of your data at any time by emailing privacy@ruute.dev. We'll action the request within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR.
